Recruitment Process

Over a period of three decades KEYAM Associates has developed a fool proof recruitment process to the total satisfaction of our clients. Our system is developed from the understanding that the sustained growth of a company depends totally on the quality of manpower it possesses. And because of this recruitment becomes one of the most critical decision, a company has to make. Keeping that in mind, we emphasize in the quality, attitude and skills of the candidates thereby assuring timely, sound and cost effective recruitment decisions. We wish to be an exception to the traditional travel agents turned manpower consultants. We prefer to be total solution providers in staffing.

Stage 1

•Identifying demand for different categories of manpower followed by discussion about job description, salary and other benefits offered for each category, employment terms and conditions with Sponsor by the Recruitment Agent.

• Finalization of recruitment terms and conditions and there by signing the recruitment contract by Sponsor and Recruitment Agent.

• Receiving in original Demand Letter, Special Power of Attorney and Specimen Employment Contract from the Sponsor by the Recruitment Agent.

• Obtaining interview permission.

Stage 2

•Sourcing candidates by using existing data bank, job portals, newspaper advertisement and countrywide network offices etc

• Screening candidates based on client’s hiring criteria and specified job description.

• Arranging interviews at our office /business centre for final selection by client’s representative with secretarial support, if so desired.

• Conducting aptitude tests, competence assessment and trade test if required by a panel of qualified hands.

• Previous employment check including track record, attitude and skills.

• Final selection.

Stage 3

• Signing employment contract.

• Physical and mental fitness and pre medical checkup.

• Facilitate visa processing, assistance for clearance of immigration formalities if required and reservation of flight ticket.

• Pre departure assistance and initial work orientation.

• Deployment.
